To achieve excellence in every project, Grosvenor makes local decisions based on the unique characteristics of each neighbourhood and with respect for the people who live within them. One of the most important decisions to make is the choice of specialists who best know the local area – specialists that put their experience and dedication at the forefront of every project and who, of course, share the philosophy of Grosvenor.
Estudio Lamela is an architecture firm founded in 1954 with an international presence and offices in Madrid, Warsaw, Mexico City and Rotterdam. Since its foundation, it has been considered one of the most prestigious studios in Spain, having developed more than 2,000 projects in 32 countries. Some buildings that define their work in Madrid are the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, T-4 at Madrid-Barajas Airport (together with Richard Rogers) and the Centro Canalejas, currently under construction.
From its earliest days, Estudio Lamela has always stood out thanks to its capacity for innovation. They were pioneers in sustainable architecture long before the world was even talking about it.
